FAQ

Making a Reservation

Q

Can I make a reservation in languages other than English?

A

Take advantage of our multilingual website, and read the information for our Takayama and Kanazawa Lines in Chinese. Due to high traffic phone inquiries, we strongly recommend using our website booking service for Chinese and English reservation inquiries. If you are reserving tickets by phone through the Bus Reservation Center, English-speaking staff may not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q

Is it possible to extend the the 5-day limit for ticket payment stated in the terms of payment listed on the website?

A

Because the Takayama Line is a popular route, we have set up terms of payment in order to ensure a smooth and fair transaction for all our passengers. If you made your reservation on the Internet, you will be unable to postpone the date of the payment. Be sure to complete your payment within 5 days of making the reservation by visiting the Meitetsu Bus Center. IMPORTANT! The 5 days includes the date that you made the reservation.
